VIP Table Booking in Dubai at Sugar Club

A good night out is easier with a base. Book a VIP table at Sugar Lounge & Club and you get a reserved space near the dance floor, a host who looks after your group and bottle service, so nobody spends half the night at the bar. Our VIP table booking in Dubai works for small groups and big celebrations alike, seven nights a week, at Montreal Barsha Hotel in Al Barsha 1. This page explains how tables work, how minimum spend is calculated and how to reserve.

Your table

What a VIP table includes

  • A table reserved in your name for the night
  • A dedicated host who manages drinks, mixers and ice
  • Bottle service from our full bar; see the drinks menu
  • Shisha on request
  • Priority entry for your group via the guest list
  • Celebration extras on request: cake service, sparklers, DJ shout-outs

How minimum spend works

Each table has a minimum spend for the night. It is not an entry fee or a cover charge: it is the amount your group agrees to spend on drinks, shisha and food at the table. If you spend more, you simply pay for what you order; if you spend less, the difference is charged at the end. The minimum depends on the night and the table: weekend Arabic nights and Sunday Afrobeats are higher than Monday to Wednesday, and tables closest to the dance floor are higher than lounge tables. Our team will always tell you the exact amount before you.

Where the tables are

Our tables fall into three areas . Dance floor tables sit closest to the DJ booth and the action, and suit groups who want to be in the middle of the night. Raised or side tables give a full view of the room with a little more space. Lounge tables are quieter and better for shisha and conversation, with the dance floor a few steps away. Tell us what kind of night you want, and we will suggest the right spot.

Dance floor tables

Closest to the DJ booth and the action.

Raised or side tables

A full view of the room, with more space.

Lounge tables

Quieter, for shisha and conversation.

Bottle service explained

With bottle service, your group orders full bottles for the table, and your host brings them with mixers, ice and garnish and pours through the night. It is usually better value than individual drinks for groups of four or more, and it keeps the table stocked without trips to the bar. You can mix bottles with cocktails, beer and soft drinks, and everything counts toward the table’s minimum spend. Ask your host for current bottle prices or see the menu.

Choosing the right night

The night you choose shapes the table. For the biggest atmosphere, book a Friday or Saturday Arabic night, when tables are the centre of the party. For a younger crowd and a full dance floor on Sunday, book our Afrobeats night in Dubai. Midweek tables on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday have lower minimums and more choice of location, which makes them ideal for smaller birthdays and work celebrations.

Table sizes

We have tables for groups from four guests up to large sections for twenty or more. Tell us your final number when you book, and let us know if it changes. A table that is too small gets crowded; one that is too big feels empty. Our team will recommend the right size and position based on your group and the night.

How to book

Booking for a special date

New Year’s Eve, Eid weekends, Valentine’s Day and major sporting nights have their own table plans and minimum spends. These dates book up early, so message us as soon as you know your plans. We announce special-date packages on Instagram (@sugarclubdxb) and on our What’s On page.

VIP tables for birthdays and private events

Most birthday groups at Sugar Club book a VIP table, because it gives the guest of honour a place to be celebrated. See our birthday party venue in Dubai page for cake, décor and shout-out options. For larger groups, bachelor and bachelorette parties and corporate nights, our private party venue in Dubai page explains how we can reserve a whole section.

Who books tables at Sugar Club

Our tables are booked by residents of Al Barsha and the surrounding neighbourhoods, hotel guests staying on Sheikh Zayed Road and groups who travel across the city for a specific night. Corporate teams from Business Bay, DIFC and Media City often book midweek tables after work, while weekend tables are mostly friends and families celebrating. All of them get the same thing: a reserved space, a host and a night planned around them.
